Fleur de Lys Hotel Quy Nhon

We chose this hotel mainly on its location and it being central to attractions within the city boundaries - we certainly chose well, as we were very satisfied with the Fleur de Lys. All the staff - from reception to house-keeping to breakfast - were excellent, being ever helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was an upgrade to an ocean view with balcony, being a Genius Level 3 booker. The layout and ambience of our room was to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best we have experienced in over a 100+ hotel stays. Although the clientele in March was mainly Far-Eastern, the range of food covered all possible tastes. The was a large swimming pool (split into various depths and polls from 0.6 to 1.4 metres), which we sat by after breakfast to finish our coffee - however, the pool was only in the sun during the mornings so it's temperature was a little lower than that of the sea - hence we swam in the sea by choice. There were a number of electric taxis (all metered) available out the front of the hotel, with capacities of up to 10 persons (modern, eco-friendly Tuk Tuks) - moving around the city was not difficult if you did not wish to walk. We used one once just for the experience - silent comfort! We had a very, very relaxing 4-night stay and would happily stay there again!

Beautiful Hotel sitting across the beach on northern part of Quy Nhon! Everything was amazing from customer service to room and to rooftop restaurants /bar to Massage Spa services available! The morning buffet has great selection! Guess service was amazing help me because I was on crutches during my stay.

Very comfortable room and good view over the beach etc . Staff delightful and surprised us with a large bunch of fresh roses on departure . Quiet resort , zero traffic and Vg street food fresh fish/prawns just up the road!

Would be good to have espresso coffee at breakfast. Location fabulous.the front reception staff fantastic. Pheong was a lovely person with great recommendations for restaurant and Le Debut patisserie.

Room was spacious with comfortable beds, Sol (rooftop bar) was a great way to finish off the day and staff friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
